“Coming back to the NASW conference is like coming home to me. It’s always so exciting to see old friends and meet new ones and to learn new interventions and new evidence based practices. The keynote speakers have all been phenomenal and personally invigorating for me. It’s so great to see how social workers continue to make a difference in a rapidly changing world. I have learned so much from this conference that has helped me throughout my career. I always leave here with new ideas that I can put into practice each day. This conference has much to offer for new people entering the social work field as well as for those who have been around as long as I have or longer. In this setting, we learn from the very talented speakers as well as from our colleagues. I have been truly inspired by all of the good work and new ideas discussed at this event and plan to be here for many years to come. “ –Lisa Pape, Federal Employee
