Meet NASW’s New CE Tracker

You’ve spoken, and we’ve listened.

CETrackerSquareLogoWe’ve heard time and time again how hard it is to keep track of all the state mandated requirements for your license renewal, so we’ve created something that will make the process easier.

Meet  CE Tracker.

CE Tracker is an online tool developed to help you figure out exactly what you need to renew your social worker license in your state—from the amount and type of CEs required, to renewal deadlines.

With your subscription, CE Tracker will tell you the required amount and type of CEs needed in your state; suggest available, valid, NASW-approved educational content; and automatically load completed CEs from NASW’s Social Work Online CE Institute into your Tracker profile.

Getting CEs outside of NASW CE Institute? Not a problem—just upload the completed program to the platform so that tracker recognizes the credits and view your completion status on the CE Tracker dashboard.

We hope you’re as excited as we are about this new online tool, bringing tracking, retrieval, content, and consulting all to one place.

I have sent several emails asking for help with the CE Tracker.

    – I am unable to consistently log in.
    – I have been billed twice for the service and asked for help on this issue multiple times.
    – I was never sent a link for easy access, and there is no discernible way to log in on the NASW website.

I will write to the person you have referenced above. But I am disappointed in NASW’s lack of response and care about this. I can’t imagine I am the only person struggling with these issues. Can someone help?

  2. Is the fee an annual subscription?

  3. The CE Tracker does not recognize any of my CEU classes from CA CASW chapter. Do I have to manually enter it. If so, I might as well keep my own list and cancel my subscription.

  4. Good afternoon, I am excited about the CE Tracker tool and just purchased it. However, I was expecting a link after purchase so I could actually see the product.

Is it an app for my smartphone? Or a website?

    I would welcome your assistance.
