FTC Deadline Postponed: Red Flags Identity Theft Rule

The FTC has announced that enforcement of the new Red Flags Identity Theft Rule, scheduled to become effective August 1, 2009, has been delayed until November 1, 2009 to give the agency additional time to develop guidance for small businesses.
