Oil Or Gas Transportation With Blue Gas Or Pipe Line Valves On Soil And Sunrise BackgroundThe National Association of Social Workers (NASW) supports the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe’s protest against the Dakota Access Pipeline Process.

NASW is encouraged the Obama administration has intervened and stopped construction but realizes this is a temporary pause in construction.

The association hopes the Corps of Engineers will consult closely with the tribe when it reexamines its decision to allow the project to begin.
