Give An Hour Celebration of Service & Student Conference

Give an Hour, as the lead activation partner for the health pillar of the Got Your 6 Campaign, announces a Celebration of Service, two days of inspiring events to be held in New York City, June 2-3, 2013, which will inaugurate its program to educate, by June of 2014, 100,000 graduate students in mental health disciplines on the unique issues of veterans and military families. The events will bring together all those from the military, government, corporate, and nonprofit worlds who work with us year-round to honor and support the men, women, and families who serve our country.

Serving Those Who Serve-Training the Next Generation is a student conference, which will be held on Monday June 3, 2013, at Columbia University and will bring respected mental health and military professionals from around the country will help us educate students in mental health disciplines on the unique issues of veterans and military families, through a series of panel discussions and presentations. Give an Hour is pleased that many more will participate when the full-day conference is live-streamed to multiple college campuses across the nation.
